Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Pocketfe LLC ("PocketFE," "we," "us"). They govern your use of pocketfe.com, minline.bid, and the apps and services we offer (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

PocketFE is operated by Pocketfe LLC, a Texas LLC, 2050 Graystone Hills, Conroe TX 77304.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Services are designed for airline flight crew members. You may use them only for your own personal and non-commercial scheduling, logbook, pay and contract-reference needs.

• Give accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share, resell or transfer it.
• Tell us right away at support@pocketfe.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Services currently include:

• MinLine, which reads a monthly bid package and suggests ranked bid groups intended to reach a credit goal you set.
• Waypoint, a pilot logbook and journal that keeps your records in your account, available on any device you sign in to and offline on your device.
• Insights Suite, which includes Vector AI, Legality Search, Trip Search, Bid Results, Pay Check and Layover Optimizer. These tools analyze documents you upload and reference materials we maintain.

We may add, change or remove features at any time. Free demos and trials may have limited features. Some features may be labeled beta. Beta features may be less reliable.

PocketFE is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, union (including ALPA), crew scheduling vendor, or government agency. Airline, union, product and regulatory names appear only to describe what the Services work with. Those names belong to their owners.

The Services are tools to help you review information and exercise your judgment in making decisions. They are not legal, contractual, payroll, tax, financial, medical or regulatory advice. In particular:

• Bids. MinLine's bid groups are suggestions. We do not guarantee any award, schedule, credit total or pay outcome. Your airline's PBS decides your award. You alone choose what to bid and remain responsible for entering it correctly and on time.
• Legality. Legality Search, Vector AI and related tools may miss violations or flag trips that are actually legal. Your contract, your airline and the FAA are the final authority. You remain responsible for your own legality, duty, rest and fitness for duty under FAR Part 117 and all other rules.
• Pay. Pay Check and Trip Search produce estimates from the documents you provide and our reading of the pay tables. They may be wrong. Confirm any discrepancy with your airline's payroll or your union before acting on it.
• Logbook. Waypoint is a personal record. You are responsible for keeping any logbook records the FAA or your employer requires.

Some features, including Vector AI, use artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when it cites a source. Always check the cited section yourself before relying on it. Feedback you give, such as flagging a wrong answer, may be used to improve the Services.

"Your Content" means what you upload or enter: bid packages, contracts, handbooks, award reports, pay statements, logbook entries, notes and questions.

• You keep ownership of Your Content.
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process and analyze Your Content to run and improve the Services for you.
• Shared reference documents. Bid packages, contract text and handbooks you upload may be cached and used to serve other users who upload the same document. Pay statements, logbook entries and personal notes are never shared with other users.
• You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload Your Content and that doing so does not breach any agreement with your employer or union.
• Do not upload anything you are not allowed to share, such as documents your employer marks confidential, if you lack permission.

Bid Results shows award data from composite reports with names and employee numbers removed. You agree not to try to identify individual pilots from it, and not to use it to harass, embarrass or discriminate against anyone.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute any part of the Services or their output.
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Services.
• Upload malware or try to break, overload or bypass security or access limits.
• Upload other people's personal information without the right to do so.
• Use the Services for anything illegal or in violation of your employment obligations.

• Each app is sold as a monthly or annual subscription at the prices shown at checkout. Example: MinLine is $15/month or $150/year.
• Free month. New subscribers get one free month per app. You must give a payment method to start. Unless you cancel before the free month ends, your subscription starts and you are charged automatically.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you about price changes at least 30 days before they apply.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's own terms also apply. We do not store your full card number.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@pocketfe.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information. It is part of these Terms.

We and our licensors own the Services, including the software, design, scoring methods, names and logos (including PocketFE, MinLine and Waypoint, and Insights). Subject to these Terms and your paid or trial access, we give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. You may share your own bid groups and results for personal use, but you may not republish the Services' output commercially.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Layover Optimizer and other features may show events, venues, hotels or other third-party information. We do not control it and do not guarantee that it is accurate or current and you should independently verify all third-party information. Event dates, distances and availability can change. Links to third-party sites are for convenience only.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DOCUMENTS WILL BE PARSED CORRECTLY, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR AWARD, SCHEDULE OR PAY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, POCKETFE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES LOST PAY, LOST CREDIT, AN UNFAVORABLE AWARD OR SCHEDULE, MISSED BID DEADLINES, DISCIPLINARY ACTION, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50.

You agree to defend and indemnify PocketFE against claims arising from Your Content, your use or misuse of the Services, or your breach of these Terms. This includes any claim that you uploaded a document you did not have the legal permission to share.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive. These include sections 7, 9, 15 and 17 through 23.

Any dispute will be resolved only in the state or federal courts in Montgomery County, Texas.

Before filing any claim, both sides agree to try to resolve it informally for 30 days by contacting the other in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the Services after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the Services.
• If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it.
• You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• We are not liable for errors, omissions, delays or other failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
